Position Responsibilities
- Analyze a high volume of orders stopping for credit review and answer 20+ incoming calls per day.
- Meet daily release deadlines to ensure customer orders are processed accordingly.
- Set and adjust credit limits based on customer requests and/or past payment experience.
- Review and resolve issues with customers on credit hold.
- Assist team lead in developing credit analysts by approving orders, monitoring performance and completing informal audits.
- Produce scheduled and ad hoc financial statement and business analyses on a regular basis.
- Assist in monitoring the A/R portfolio as it relates specifically to companies with multiple accounts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years experience in credit, collections or call center environment preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and SQL.
- Ability to interpret financial statements.
