Position Responsibilities
  • Analyze a high volume of orders stopping for credit review and answer 20+ incoming calls per day.
  • Meet daily release deadlines to ensure customer orders are processed accordingly.
  • Set and adjust credit limits based on customer requests and/or past payment experience.
  • Review and resolve issues with customers on credit hold.
  • Assist team lead in developing credit analysts by approving orders, monitoring performance and completing informal audits.
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc financial statement and business analyses on a regular basis.
  • Assist in monitoring the A/R portfolio as it relates specifically to companies with multiple accounts.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years experience in credit, collections or call center environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and SQL.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements.
