Job Summary
The Commercial Loan Post Processor assembles and verifies the accuracy of loan documentation, ensures the loan requests meet all compliance and legal guidelines to ensure timely recording of collateral documents, and checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in banking environment with one year in commercial loan processing or loan servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of one year's commercial lending processing experience, including SBA processing.
- Experience with LaserPro
