Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Security Officer II that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Responsibilities include: basic patrolling- systematic review of doors, windows, lighting, safety/emergency equipment, and parking lots. Provide clients, patients and visitors with general service location information and direct them to the appropriate destination when applicable, maintain and assure safe and quite environment for staff, patients and clients and prepare daily activity reports, incident reports, field interview cards, FYI reports, conduct on-site investigations and complete necessary paperwork, r
esponsible for immediately contacting on-call facilities staff if alarm was resulted by or affected a facilities or maintenance related issue, assist with the administration of alarm access code system and monitor opening and closing reports from MAC.

Interim oversight of Security department and staff in absence of Security Manager. This includes but not limited to:
  • Time and Attendance approval
  • Corrective Actions
  • Camera System review (with Security Manager’s/ Vice President of Human Resources’ approval)
  • Periodic checks of all buildings to ensure officers are performing duties as required by the agency
  • Provide officers with feedback as necessary and discuss escalated matters with Security Manager
  • Participate in Safety Committee meetings
Successful candidates will have the following:
  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and current auto insurance.
  3. Must have basic reading and writing skills needed for completing reports.
  4. Considerable tact and human relation skills dealing with all levels of management, employees and the public.
  5. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
