Job Description
Master Black Belt (190000P2)

Collaborates directly with site and/or business/functional leaders within a few sites (or functions) to deploy Performance Excellence. Designs Regal's Performance Excellence framework, certifies teams to the 5 Regal Star levels and issues future operating standards for Regal facilities around the world. Provides education, belt and subject matter certification, team engagement, problem solving methodologies and conducts ongoing site/function assessments. Manages a team of Continuous Improvement Managers and/or Continuous Improvement Specialists. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. May coach or manage less experienced Master Black Belts. Owns, develops and implements Company LSS-CI Standards that support the Operating System over multiple sites or functions. Contributes to the assessment of people skills over multiple sites (or functions), identifies gaps and develops plans, including training and standards based on the organizational needs. Engages people and teams at every level of the organization through leadership of training (Green Belt, Black Belt, Design for Lean Six Sigma, and Specific Expertise Topics), Kaizens, and Lend Forwards. Provides subject matter expertise across the organization by partnering with functional, business and site leaders to assess current processes and identify process improvement opportunities. Manages a robust review process for selecting, scoping and prioritizing PE initiatives to achieve goals. Owns and leads PE assessment of sites or businesses. Provides certification of subject matter experts, project certification and Star Level Operating System certification. Builds MBB expertise through leadership of high impact projects that meet Regal certification guidelines or mentorship of Black Belt projects. May lead facilitation of Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri), cascading of Company's strategic objectives, as requested.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience (Preferred). 5 years related work experience. Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years.
