Manufacturing Supervisor
Salary: $70,000, negotiable
Shift: 2nd
Manufacturing supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day running of assembly/fabrication. They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets.

Manufacturing supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day running of assembly/fabrication. They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring quality control
- Updating paperwork, such as annual leave requests and sick leave
- Reporting plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians
- Organizing external contracts, like cleaning or supplies
- Plans operations, utilization of skills and man-hours, material and work flow to assure timely production and quality standards of assigned products.
- Organizes and assigns work and instructs cross-trains and otherwise assists employees in the performance of their work.
- Achieve established production goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, cost and housekeeping
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years: Experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on refrigeration and/or high end consumer products.
- Experience with high tonnage hydraulic presses, CNC Punch Presses, and Press Brakes.
- Experience with welding and finishing all types of materials.
- Strong oral and written communications skills required
- Strong initiative and follow through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
