Friends of Housing Corporation is seeking a Housing Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, motivated and a self-starter with good customer service skills. You will be responsible for:
Answering phone inquiries from prospective applicants Processing rental applications Maintaining electronic and paper records Back up for main office staff as an office assistant at other sites
Qualifications Required:
Two years of office experience including reception type duties with extensive public contact Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite Yardi experience a plus Bi-lingual a plus
