At Syngenta, we are working to build the most collaborative and trusted team in agriculture that provides leading seeds innovations to enhance the prosperity of farmers. We are seeking an Operations Research Scientist to deliver insights and solutions to improve the speed, efficiency and productivity of our product development pipeline and operations. The ideal candidate will be part of a high-functioning team driving process improvement and optimization of our product development pipeline. You will work with R&D teams in operations, automation and engineering, and analytics and data sciences to address needs and offer scalable solutions. The successful candidate will utilize technical skills (mathematical modeling, simulation and measuring techniques), along with strong business acumen to drive innovation and identify opportunities for process change. This role could also be located in Raleigh, NC or Downers Grove, IL.
