Bilingual Collection Account Representative

Job Description
Randstad is looking to connect with talented BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Collections Representatives for a position with a growing client of ours in Milwaukee, WI. This position is first shift Monday-Saturday with a starting pay of $11-$13 hourly plus bonuses, based on experience.
To be successful in this role you will utilize various collection strategies and methodologies, attempt to contact consumers to negotiate payment in full or payment arrangements on debt within federal, state and client collection guidelines and laws.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing proper grammar and telephone etiquette is required - Fluent in Spanish
-Prior PC and keyboard knowledge is required
-A high school diploma and six months relevant collection / call center experience
-Ability to compute basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages is required
