Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Integrated Community Treatment Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision, leadership, and development of ICT program staff.

Duties:
  • Demonstrates commitment to continuous quality improvement of the program through the development of innovative programming in response to community needs. 
  • Networks appropriately to create a visible presence to maintain reputation as a high quality and needed service
  • Identifies and provides information to potential referral sources in the community
  • Effectively organizes and manages program growth opportunities
  • Sustains program viability in the community through the development and maintenance of relationships with referral providers, purchasers and community agencies
  • Overall management of administrative duties for the ICT program.
  • Strategic planning, goal setting, and monitoring and reporting of progress
  • Creates opportunities for staff development and growth
  • Provides supervision/consultation; meets individually and in groups, maintains supervision logs 
  • In conjunction with the Director of Community Services, assists in the hiring, professional development and performance evaluation of ICT Therapists and Service Facilitators 
  • Ensures that services provided by staff consistently uphold requirements, internal policies and procedures as well as best practices including DHS 36
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent, LPC, LCSW, LMFT. No training licenses will be considered
  • Three years post masters experience providing individual, child, group and family therapy, supervisory experience
Position Details:
  • Full-Time
  • Community, in-home and school environments. 
  • Some evening and weekend hours as needed.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services
  • Supervises Lead Child and Family Therapist, Child and Family therapists, Service Facilitators
  • Must have own transportation, meet agency auto insurance requirements and have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
