Job Purpose: The Integrated Community Treatment Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision, leadership, and development of ICT program staff.
Duties:
Demonstrates commitment to continuous quality improvement of the program through the development of innovative programming in response to community needs.
Networks appropriately to create a visible presence to maintain reputation as a high quality and needed service
Identifies and provides information to potential referral sources in the community
Effectively organizes and manages program growth opportunities
Sustains program viability in the community through the development and maintenance of relationships with referral providers, purchasers and community agencies
Overall management of administrative duties for the ICT program.
Strategic planning, goal setting, and monitoring and reporting of progress
Creates opportunities for staff development and growth
Provides supervision/consultation; meets individually and in groups, maintains supervision logs
In conjunction with the Director of Community Services, assists in the hiring, professional development and performance evaluation of ICT Therapists and Service Facilitators
Ensures that services provided by staff consistently uphold requirements, internal policies and procedures as well as best practices including DHS 36
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent, LPC, LCSW, LMFT. No training licenses will be considered
Three years post masters experience providing individual, child, group and family therapy, supervisory experience
Position Details:
Full-Time
Community, in-home and school environments.
Some evening and weekend hours as needed.
Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services
Supervises Lead Child and Family Therapist, Child and Family therapists, Service Facilitators
Must have own transportation, meet agency auto insurance requirements and have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
