Senior Hydraulic Technician
Are you an experienced hydraulic technician? Are you looking for a great opportunity to work with a local company? Seek has partnered with a manufacturing company in Minneapolis that is looking for an experienced hydraulic technician for a direct hire position!
Position Sr. Hydraulic Tech
Job Location Roseville, MN
Starting Date Immediate
Employment Term Direct Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (8: 00am 4: 00pm)
Starting Pay $25-$35 per hour ( Depends on Experience)

Required Education High School Diploma/GED
The primary responsibilities of this position are to service and repair various pumps, motors, and cylinders. This includes identification of components to be repaired, troubleshooting, actual repair, assembly, and testing, all to manufacturer and specifications.
Responsibilities
-Diagnose problems and give repair recommendations
-Inspect parts and various components to determine if they are within specifications
-Use precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, bore indicators, and dial indicators
-Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, drill presses, hydraulic presses, hone machines, and similar equipment
-Technician must furnish all standard or common hand tools (1/2" air wrench required)
Qualifications
- 5 plus years of experience in fluid power service and repair; including hydraulic and pneumatic trouble shooting, tear downs, assembly, and testing
- Minimum 2-year Fluid Power Associates Degree or high school diploma/G.E.D. With formal training in related field,
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver s license.
