*1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*

*Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*

Responsibilities:
The Licensed Athletic Trainer provides comprehensive therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.

The trainer also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.

Other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited Athletic Training program or a related field is required.

Licensure
State of Wisconsin licensure as an Athletic Trainer is required.

Certification as an Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC) is required.

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.

Certification in the use of automatic external defibrillators (AED's) is required.
