Job Description
We are in search of a motivated individual with a passion for learning, coaching and of course, creativity. In addition to bringing award winning creative to the team, the Associate Creative Director will be responsible for managing the working relationship between account service teams and the graphic design department, as well as within the graphic design department.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Challenge the graphic design staff to develop the most effective, strategic communications programs possible.
  • Conceptualize, develop and execute strategic designs through production stage.
  • Produce artwork for digital, web, print, branding, and tradeshows.
  • Produce video and photo shoots.
  • Take personal responsibility for quality control at every step of the production stage.
  • Provide graphic support for communications programs that affect the target audiences’ behavior.
  • Review time sheets for all graphics design employees; hold them accountable for their work.
  • Prepare performance appraisals for creative staff.
  • Be liaison between creative department and account service teams.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
  • BA degree minimum
  • 7-10 years working experience in an agency environment
  • Must be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs, in Mac-based systems. Knowledge of photography, animation software, and some programming knowledge is a plus/
  • Must have good communication skills, verbal, written and visual and be well organized.  Must be able to delegate and follow-thru. 
  • Must have an eye for good design and be aware of industry trends.
  • A good level of reasoning, judgment, planning and analyzing is necessary to carry out concepts. 
  • Familiarity with trouble shooting systems and problem solving. 
  • Must keep current with developing technologies and design techniques.
  • Must have supervisory experience and excellent people skill
