Position Summary:

• Manage bank branch location in a sales based environment for lending, investments, checking credit cards and referrals
• Manage, coach, train and motivate a small team of employees to ensure performance
• Prepare and monitor monthly budget variance report as well as working with district managers in preparing the annual budget
• Implement and monitor internal branch controls

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of high school diploma required, college degree (business or related field) preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience with staff management in banking, retail or financial services industry
• Must be available to work some Saturday mornings
