Shine Early Learning, partners with local organizations to support the delivery of high-quality services through Shine Assist, Shine Implement, Shine Fortify, and Shine Advance programs.

Our Infant/Toddler Teachers are responsible for a classroom of 6-8 children with direct focus on children birth-3 years of age.
Teachers also work with a team of other classroom teachers and family members to implement the Creative Curriculum for Infant/Toddlers to achieve outcomes for children of all abilities.
The teacher's role encompasses effective practices in the outlined in our Teacher Success Rubric


Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, Required

Wisconsin Registry certifications for "Introduction to Childcare" and "Skills and Strategies", plus commitment to complete Infant Toddler CDA within one year of hire

Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly (preferred)

Able to lift a child weighing 40 pounds, multiple times per day

Intermediate computer literacy in email, word processing and internet navigation

Pass all background checks
