Our client in the Northern Suburbs and Southern Suburbs is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor. We are looking for an efficient Mortgage Loan Processor to process mortgage loan files and help clients submit complete applications. You will gather all necessary documentation and spot mistakes to ensure approval for the mortgage.

Job Duties:

• Manage and Process Mortgage Pipeline for various Loan Officers
• Responsible for Loan Submissions , Quality Control, Data Integrity
• Review and analyze all supporting documentation relating to loan application
• Facilitate communication between borrowers, realtors, attorneys and lenders

Requirements:

• Process Conventional , FHA , VA, USDA and various Down Payment Assistance Programs
• Construction to Perm experience a plus but not required
• Utilize Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
• Proficient with Encompass LOS ( preferred) not required
• Strong knowledge on Agency Guidelines
