Job Purpose: The Human Resources Specialist – Employment & Recruitment is a support position within SaintA. They are responsible for finding highly talented, dynamic, and mission-driven employees who help “Restore Connections” within the community.
Duties:
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting: sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc., screening and recommending placement of staff
Collaborates with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identifies future hiring needs
Coordinates appropriate employment testing
Conducts employment verifications, references, background and driver license checks
Schedules pre-employment physicals and drug screens
Conducts and facilitates orientation of new employees
Attends various job/career fairs and community networking events
Develops and maintains personnel records, reports and tracking systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Human Resources Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant Human Resources Experience
Good organizational skills
Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Maintains strict confidentiality
Proficient in the usage of computer software i.e. Microsoft Office, HR databases and applicant tracking systems; familiarity with ADP preferred

Business hours, occasional flexibility. Proven ability to work independently, collaborate and facilitate
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable driving record, reliable vehicle and meets agency auto insurance requirements
Reports directly to the Director of Human Resources
