My client is currently in need of an Office Manager with the experience to lead the office Human Resource functions, assist with daily office functions and provide marketing support. My client is located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. This role is a part-time role consisting of a Monday-Friday Schedule 8 a.m. - 2:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding of new hire associates
Overseeing employee benefits
Answering phones and greeting clients
Managing office supplies, calendars, and team meetings
Assist with marketing material and event preparation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Earned Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent)
Minimum of 1-2 years' HR Administration or similar experience
Preferably WI health and life insurance licensed
Experience with Zywave,Form Fire, Easy Apps, and MS Office suite.
