Maintenance Mechanic

Salary: $17.00- $26.00/ hr

Looking to hire a self- motivated Maintenance mechanic that will be responsible keeping the machines, equipment, building or grounds operating effectively by performing necessary electrical and mechanical work.

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment; understand and comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises and conducting scheduled testing as appropriate.
• Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of machinery.
• Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.
• Create steel fabrications utilizing measuring, cutting, bending, and welding
• Clear knowledge in CNC machine control and hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components
• Report and record necessary maintenance activities
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Maintenance Mechanic experience or limited experience with 2 year maintenance technician degree
• Ability to rig, lift and relocate a variety of complex, heavy machines, equipment and components
