Performs basic business analysis of system requirements.
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing CRM applications, programs and reports.
Integrates software, develops external interface and maintains technical documentation.
Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues.
May support several components of a project or a complex component of a project.
Performs basic business analysis of system requirements and follows through the full development life cycle.
Identifies recurring issues and tests to determine best defect resolution.
Works with management, consultants, and end users to compile and implement enhancements and defect resolutions to CRM applications and interfaces.
Defines, tests, debugs, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within the CRM System.
Researches business needs, identifies basic solutions and implements system change requirements.
Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing CRM applications, programs and reports.
Translates business needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications
1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
PowerApps / Flow experience
Utilization of Production / Test / Dev / Stage environments
Experience participating in Agile development methodologies
Dynamics application languages (.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript/Angular, XML)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field or the equivalent level experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
