JOB SUMMARY Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is a global manufacturing provider of industrial air pollution control and energy recovery systems as well as wastewater treatment technologies. We are seeking an Installation Coordinator who can manage all aspects of the installation of capital industrial equipment. The installation coordinator must demonstrate the ability to perform the following duties:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Utilize equipment knowledge along with mechanical, electrical, and construction skills to coordinate a team of contractors to install, assemble, repair or troubleshoot specified equipment.
Generates Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation that details labor, material, and equipment to perform installation.
Ability to negotiate subcontractor proposals.
Accountable for the entire equipment installation activities, schedule, and budget; works closely with assigned Project Manager (PM) on customer related issues and schedule requirements.
Reviews engineered drawings and works with PM to resolve any inconsistencies that may affect the installation process.
Coordinates any special situations related to installation schedules; staging and storage of equipment and tools, safety requirements, work site rules, and any other issues related to the performance of the system installation with the proper customer representatives
Review project and inspect equipment to ensure it meets technical specifications required for installation.
Assist with logistics coordination and ship loose components to ensure equipment arrival meets installation schedule needs.
Excellent communication skills are a must to interact with internal project team, contractors, customers, and vendors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Requires a minimum of 2-3 years in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or Project Management fields:
Strong mechanical, electrical and pneumatic knowledge
Knowledge of how to read blueprints and drawings; AutoCAD and Solid Works a plus
Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task while meeting time sensitive deadlines
Experience with capital equipment a plus
Potential to travel up to 25%
Must be a United States citizen
