Lake Park Bistro - A Bartolotta Restaurant located in downtown Milwaukee is currently looking for an an outgoing and dependable garde manger cook to join their culinary team!
The ideal candidate should be experienced in choosing, preparing, and presenting cold foods, such as salads, cold soups, meats and cheeses. Responsible for inventory, preparation and presentation of select dishes and food items.
