The Insights team is responsible for providing various data points to the Field, allowing Financial Representatives and their leaders to track product sales, their compensation, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities, and planning metrics.

As an Engineer of the Book of Business (BoB) data team, your job duties will include working with an established data team in analyzing data from various data sources, build/update ETL jobs, and finally integrating the data into our existing ecosystem. Under general supervision and guidance, you will have the opportunity to have data tell a story in our BoB platform.

Required Skillset:

• Hands on experience with Microsoft BI stack, Power BI
• Development experience in Big Data and Related fields
• Great command over SQL database/practices
• Any experience with Big data tools like spark, Kafka, map reduce, Hadoop etc is a plus
• Good programming knowledge with python/SQL
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud data architecture.
• Strong analytical and design skills
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
• Proven Analytical, evaluative and problem solving capabilities.
