How You'll Make a Difference

Responsible for development and management of the accreditation continuous readiness program for all Advocate Aurora Health entities accredited by a CMS deemed status accreditation organizations. Provides leadership to implement accreditation requirements including ISO 9001 quality management system to meet or exceed all accreditation requirements and continually improve.


Develops and leads an accreditation readiness program to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements to ensure all entities obtain or maintain CMS deemed status accreditation.

Develops a systematic infrastructure to assess, measure and execute necessary change to close any gaps in order to meet and/or exceed accreditation standards.

Designs and implements accreditation educational programs.

Proactively identifies accreditation and regulatory deficiencies or gaps in compliance and develops a plan to address.

Serves as an expert in accreditation standards for the accreditation organizations used by Advocate Aurora entities.

Supports the ISO 9001 quality management system through teaching, auditing, and ensuring document control.

Provides regulatory consultation on policy development and IT design.

Qualifications
License & Certifications
None Required.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
Experience
Typically requires 7 years of experience in a complex health care system working with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Demonstrated knowledge in accreditation readiness and standard requirements.Competent in process improvement methodologies.Demonstrated project management skills with little or no supervision.Proven critical thinking skills to solve problems independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key leaders and stakeholders.Ability to influence, lead and facilitate diverse group of leaders and stakeholders.
