3rd Shift Tow Truck/Flatbed Operator

Job Description
We are looking for full time or part time operators on 3rd Shift
Ideal applicants have the following qualifications
Our operators perform a variety of tasks throughout the Milwaukee Metro area. From performing basic tows and vehicle transports to road side assistance such as jumpstarts, lock outs and tire changes. There is never a dull day and you rarely see the same thing twice.
We offer paid company training upon hiring and require further training through national certification programs throughout your employment. Making you a towing professional is a number one goal of ours.
Compensation is paid hourly with overtime paid over 40 hours per week. Average employee works 40-50 hours per week. Pay depends on experience and eligible employees are offered benefits such as paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance bonuses, and a Simple IRA matching savings plan.

Ideal applicants have the following qualifications
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Understanding of Milwaukee area streets and ability to read maps or GPS
- Positive/CAN DO! attitude
- Ability to work in high pressure/fast paced environment
- Operate smartphone device
- Clean driving record (no CDL required)
- Ability to work alone and make responsible decisions

Salary and Benefits
$15-$17 per hour
Pay is by the hour with OT over 40 hours. Most drivers meet or exceed 45 hours per week. Days are flexible and we could potentially do four ten hour shifts to the right person. Paid holidays and paid vacation available after 1 year of employment. Time and a half paid to all holidays worked. Health insurance reimbursement package available as well as 3% matching IRA retirement after one year of employment.
