Sport and Spine Physical Therapy is a private outpatient clinic that is servicing the Johnson Creek community. We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Director with an entrepreneurial spirit who places a strong emphasis on patient care. Our clinic is committed to delivering high quality, one-on-one care to our patients. The ideal candidate must have a book of business, be enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills. We are seeking:

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program.
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
  
• Current state of WI license, CPR certification.
  
• Must have a book of business!!
