Part-Time Registration Specialist - 2nd Shift

Our client is looking to bring aboard a Part-Time Registration Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. This position is located in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Who You are
You have excellent customer service skills and you are knowledgeable in medical terminology. You have at least 2 years in a healthcare customer facing or office environment and are able to pick up on new systems quickly! You have accurate data entry skills and have high attention to detail!
What You’ll Impact at Our Client
In this position, you will be responsible for checking in patients in a busy Emergency Room area and ensuring all information is accurately entered into the system. You will establish accounts with accurate demographic and financial information and ensure that all compliance forms are appropriately completed and documented. Additionally, you will provide support to the department including answering the phone, taking co-pays, and providing stellar customer service to patients!

What We’re Looking for
- 1-2 years office experience in a medical environment
- High School Diploma or GED required, some college is preferred
- Accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of Medical terminology and previous experience with a data entry system
- Epic experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service is necessary to appropriately interact with patients or family members in all situations
