Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As the HRIS Analyst, you will also be responsible for 
support of these applications using tools (i.e. 
or project documentation) and research 
skills to resolve issues. You’ll also get the 
opportunity to plan and execute small to medium-sized 
projects or tasks and make substantial contributions to 
determining the feasibility of goals/objectives. 


 
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the SAP report, including rollout and testing of updates and enhancements. Complete both hands-on 
    configuration of the platform as well as management of outsourced configuration resources. 

     
  • Provide reliable solutions to a variety of problems
using sound problem-solving techniques including the ability to find the root cause and corrective action for given problems. 

 
  • Provide subject matter expertise to HR systems
end-users; develop and maintain functional system configuration documentation and processes. 

 
  • Consistently demonstrates quality and effectiveness
in work documentation and organization. 

 
  • Responsible for employee data analytics, including
but not limited to routine and ad hoc data analysis; 
i.e. headcount, retention, turnover, and vacancy. 


 
  • Serve internal customers with a high level of
service by proactively identifying systems improvements

 
  • Applies ABM’s Mission Statement to Make a Difference
and exhibits enthusiasm for and a desire to see ABM 
succeed. 










Job Requirements:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another relevant field is required. 

 
  • 2- 4 years of relevant experience in an HR Systems role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with, testing, and
configuring SAP and Power BI highly preferred. 

 
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation
of technology solutions. 

 
  • Demonstrated experience with the technology in one
or more of the following areas: Human Resources, 
Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, and Performance 
Management. 

Additional Qualifications Preferred:


 
  • Project management skills; ability to balance
multiple projects concurrently in a high paced environment

 
  • Demonstrated experience creating test plans and
working with users in end-user testing 

 
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to
collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate 
significant amounts of information with attention to 
detail and accuracy; inclusive of data mining and ad 
hoc reporting. 


 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high
degree of confidentiality and discretion. 

 
  • Understand HR systems, processes and databases
