Quality Engineer needed for a manufacturer and developer of high precision complex products located in Kenosha, WI. This is a project based role performing FAI's ensuring product quality per customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Create and/or review First Article Inspections per AS9102 standard
• Applies robust systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, and resolution of quality issues
• Ability to lead root cause/corrective action events with cross-functional team members
• Maintains a working knowledge of quality tools and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in quality position
• Experience with material non-conformances, root cause and corrective action
• Knowledge of Quality Management System standards (AS9100/AS9102) required
