2nd/3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Job Description
We are looking for a candidate that leads by example and is consistent in all that they do. Strong leadership skills are a must, and focus on accountability to drive results. This candidate must be willing to push production and always focus on safety. Experience with Temp labor is a plus. Strong skills in coaching and development are a must. Salary target is $50-55K. Must be comfortable working 2nd shift long term.
