We need an Assistant Branch Manager to help make lives better.
This position is involved in sales and service activities in the branch office. The Corporate Assistant Branch Manager develops and cultivates long-term business and consumer relationships to ensure branch sales growth and customer retention and manages the performance and development of Bankers and CSR's. This position is designed to help mentor individuals to become branch managers.
This Full-time position in our Corporate branch in Downtown Oconomowoc averages up to 38-40 hours per week and requires availability between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm weekdays and 2 Saturday mornings per month.
The pay range for this position starts at $50,000-54,000 and is commensurate with experience.
