We need an Assistant Branch Manager to help make lives better.

This position is involved in sales and service activities in the branch office. The Corporate Assistant Branch Manager develops and cultivates long-term business and consumer relationships to ensure branch sales growth and customer retention and manages the performance and development of Bankers and CSR's. This position is designed to help mentor individuals to become branch managers.

This Full-time position in our Corporate branch in Downtown Oconomowoc averages up to 38-40 hours per week and requires availability between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm weekdays and 2 Saturday mornings per month.

The pay range for this position starts at $50,000-54,000 and is commensurate with experience.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a retail banking environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail banking
  • Proven success as a coach and/or trainer of a retail banking team
  • Established record of acceptable audits and compliance expertise
  • Proven knowledge of the bank's products and services
  • Proven knowledge of bank regulations and policies
  • Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Possesses an NMLS ID or meets the NMLS licensing requirements.
Preferred Experience
  • Wisconsin Life License
