Position Responsibilities
- Create and execute Uline's employment marketing strategy across the US, Canada and Mexico.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and brand managers across the organization to connect Uline's employment brand to candidates.
- Manage day to day advertising campaigns across digital and traditional sources including social media, email marketing, digital ads, radio ads, billboards and newspaper ads.
- Creatively write advertising copy for emails, social media posts, radio ads, website content and more.
- Successfully use keywords to optimize performance of job postings and content marketing.
- Track everything, analyze results and make recommendations.
- Keep up with industry and competitor strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years marketing or advertising experience.
- Management experience a plus.
- Experience using Google Ads, Search and Analytics.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing, including print, radio, outdoor, digital, social media and email marketing.
