The Junior Loan Processor position supports one or more Loan Processors by ensuring loan files are complete and loans close as scheduled. Supports the marketing activities of the assigned loan officers and provides administrative support.

Job Duties:

• Assist Loan Processing with Ordering Verification of Employments
• Clear Title Issues
• Order Mortgage Payoffs and Mortgage Clause's
• May assist with submitting Loans to Underwriting
• Work with Encompass
• Need overall help in their Mortgage Department, so some administrative tasks

Client Requirements:

• 2+ years of Mortgage experience
• Basic Loan Processing
• Strong PC Skils including Word and Excel
