Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex multi-channel strategies to advertise for the brand and specific products
  • A deep ownership and understanding of the product portfolio and its medical claims
  • Create Facebook campaigns: The campaigns will have many ad sets and several ads per set.  It is important to execute different options regarding targeting (custom audiences, look alike audiences, detailed targeting), placements, bidding strategy and creatives, including profound knowledge of A/B-split testing
  • Analyze Campaigns: this person would be comfortable handling big amounts of data; comparing ads on all levels (on most important metrics, but also landing pages, conversions, ..); comparing ads in one ad set; comparing ad sets against each other
  • Optimize Campaigns: it is critical for this role to quickly learn and implement learning by finding the problem in a ton of data; developing solutions to improve ads, ad sets and whole campaigns
  • Understanding of the customer journey and the ability to optimize the steps of the sales funnel
  • Work together with web designer to figure out more technical parts of measuring webs shop traffic with FaceBook. 
  • Work together with graphic designer to create multiple campaigns
