The Service Coordinator - HUD provides information & referrals to community connections to tenants following guidelines, as defined in the HUD Housing Handbook Section 202, who need supportive community services to maintain self-sufficiency.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required with at least 3 years' of related experience, to include experience working with the older adult population or a bachelor's degree in a human services related field; gerontology or psychology preferred. Working knowledge of supportive services and other resources for older adults and/or persons with disabilities is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have a valid Driver's License and car - Motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required.
TRAVEL:
Day to day travel is required.
