As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for
retaining and growing the company's account portfolio by fostering and building relationships with our existing customers. This role serves as the primary business contact for current customers and is responsible for managing the customer relationship and account renewals. We are looking for experienced account managers that will be passionate about helping customers to meet their recruitment and compliance goals!


Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with a high volume of assigned accounts, including transferred in-house accounts
  • Manage the renewal process which includes creating and proposing renewal packages
  • Maintain regular communication with contacts in each account
  • Coordinate the delivery of services with other departments to fulfill contracted services and customer's expectation
  • Provide timely follow-up and prompt resolution on sales or service-related customer requests
  • Monitor and analyze customer accounts to ensure accuracy, utilization, and value creation
  • Generate and provide reports as requested by customers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years previous B2B account management experience
  • High call volume/email volume experience a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems or enterprise technologies a plus
  • Technology savvy and quick to adopt new tools and processes
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment
