Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Reviews production orders or schedules to determine product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
- Prepares operational schedules and coordinates Prefinishing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
- Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
- Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
- Compile and Review production data
- Prepare and maintain written correspondence.
- Resolve problems and triage issues with guidance from the Prefinish and Plant Manager.
- In coordination with the Prefinish Manager, is responsible to handle the employment cycle of the employee in regards to: interviewing, training/developing, timely completion of performance reviews; disciplinary correction and suspension.
- Work closely with other areas of operations on various assignments as necessary; participate in required meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Will consider a combination of education and experience. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing/production related capacity, Prefinishing experience preferred.
