Job Description
Echo Lake Foods is hiring at our Burlington, WI location!
We are seeking Equipment Operators for our production department. This opportunity is available on night shift and offers overtime paid after 40 hours per week!
Operators will be expected to work on various machines throughout our production facility in a safe and efficient manner. Prior work in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate!

- Basic Math Skills
- Read/write in English to understand manufacturing guidelines and record data
- Follow supervisor’s instruction and training program
- Lift or move objects up to 60lbs
- Visual acuity to identify product that does not meet specifications
- Move throughout different work areas including climbing ramps, stairs, freezers
- Use basic hand tools
- Work in varying temperatures
