Mfg Engineer/Programmer/Machinist (Lathes) Direct Hire
Shop is located in Franklin, currently have 13 CNC machinists only 10 days working. Looking to purchase 3-5 more machines. They just got really large orders from 3 brand new clients and expect to need a lot of permanent help. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to advance into management or engineering.
Very family orientated environment, down to earth and fair owner.

2 Vertical machining centers
Simple parts
Tighter tolerance to wide open
They need an Engineer / Programmer / Setup Machinist who will lead the shop but leadership/supervisory is not the biggest concern
1st shift 6am-330pm
Mon-Friday
Overtime
120 day temp to hire or direct hire
$25-$35/hr lots of OT
or
$75-90k/yr
