Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan, in collaboration with Racine County, is currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our growing team. This therapist will provide outpatient counseling and assessments to individuals presenting with mental health and/or AODA issues.
The right candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, a minimum of 5 year prior counseling experience, and possess an active and unrestricted LCSW. Prior substance abuse experience and/or CSAC or ICS certification preferred.
Provide comprehensive, outpatient counseling and assessment services to individuals presenting with mental health diagnoses, who may also present with AODA issues.

The incumbent of this position works in an office environment. The incumbent will also be exposed to outdoor weather conditions when traveling on company business.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
TRAVEL: Ability to travel on day trips as required. Some overnight travel may be required.
