Job Description
Overview: River Run is seeking to hire a full-time Client Service Representatives to assist with the day-to-day activities of both Sales and Marketing.

Objective:  The candidate filling this role will assist sales with daily sales activities. The candidate would also perform some daily Business Development duties. The candidate in this position will have the opportunity to grow into a full time Account (Sales) Representative or Client Service Coordinator. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day aspects of the sales department including agreement preparation, service usage estimates, quoting and client follow up.
  • Prepare client quotes for renewals and projects as requested by Account Representatives.
  • Conduct research as needed for Quotes.
  • Research on product/sales-related issues.
  • Assist with general sales projects by compiling leads from online and other listings.
  • Shadow Sales Reps at Client Sites to gain knowledge of the River Run sales process.
  • Maintain client base as provided by Sales Department.
  • Make cold calls to garner new clients
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Maintain CRM database including prospecting and marketing lists.
  • Assist VP of Sales & Marketing with various projects and tasks that provide a well-rounded understanding of business operations.
  • Assist with content for the River Run website including Tech Blog & Whitepapers.
  • Assist with public relation programs including tradeshows, seminars and networking events.
  • Attend Client meetings as required

Education/Experience:
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Client Relationship Management Systems.

Transportation:
Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance.
