Prepare college students for entry into the Information Technology profession by providing a thorough understanding of IT functions to include a practical application of attained knowledge.
Provide desktop support to users in person or via phone for all company-supported applications, including set-up and overview for new employees.
Install, support and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, software and/or network issues.
Determine source of computer issues (hardware, software, user access, etc.) and make corrections as needed.
Unlock user accounts and reset user passwords.
Timely processing of requests for user account creation and termination.
Assist Network Administrator with current projects.
Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
Required Experience
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology or comparable area of study.
Relevant training or technical courses strongly desired.
