Job Description
Prepare college students for entry into the Information Technology profession by providing a thorough understanding of IT functions to include a practical application of attained knowledge.
- Provide desktop support to users in person or via phone for all company-supported applications, including set-up and overview for new employees.
- Install, support and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, software and/or network issues.
- Determine source of computer issues (hardware, software, user access, etc.) and make corrections as needed.
- Unlock user accounts and reset user passwords.
- Timely processing of requests for user account creation and termination.
- Assist Network Administrator with current projects.
- Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
Required Experience
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology or comparable area of study.
- Relevant training or technical courses strongly desired.
