The individual will provide support services to include:
The individual will provide support services to include:
- Identify and create processes to communicate and submit documents to the Internal Revenue Service using SDT-Technology
- Track status of IRS-CAP updates and coordinate activities Agencies, and reporting of findings to the IRS as needed
- Create efficient processes to identify the flow of Federal Tax Information (FTI) data in the Application and other applications used by the Client
- Assist in the update of Fact Sheets related to security or policy in the Application
- Review audit logs and assist in the development of guidelines/processes for continued review
- Identify liaisons supporting the Support Portal to determine changes impacting Agencies
- Monitor BCS security mailbox, process user access requests, respond to security related questions, mailbox, and questions. Project Description:
