We understand these are confusing times as we navigate the COVID-19 crisis. We are still actively seeking caregivers and support staff for our clients. We can do virtual interviews and paperwork can be completed online. Daily Living Skills Specialist/Occupational Therapy experience - AUTISM

I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS FOR YOU???

  1. Are you looking for a fun part-time job where you can make a difference?
  2. Are you able to model positive behaviors and community interactions?
  3. Are you able to follow a detailed written daily living skills program?
  4. Are you able to work to help maintain and achieve sensory regulation (with guidance)?
  5. Are you willing and able to participate in healthy living activities (working out/classes)?
  6. Do you have experience with behaviors, sensory integration and autism?
  7. Are you able to show proof of a valid drivers license, car insurance, a safe working car and pass a background check?
  

We are  looking for an energetic, positive person who can be with this amazing teenager at home and work to add a community integration piece as a relationship is built.  Provide guidance and documentation for Daily Living Skills programs (housekeeping, meal prep, laundry etc) as they are developed and participate in sensory regulation strategies.  

 

This position is 3 days a week 3:30-6:30 and if possible one weekend evening every other weekend - these could be 2 separate positions.  

Location: Wales, WI

Rate of pay: $14 per hour
