Project / Proposal Coordiantor

Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Project / Proposal Coordinator with a prominent organization in Germantown, WI. This role has hours of 8:00am-5:00pm and is a temp-to-hire career role. Pay is targeted at $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience.
In this position you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new customers including: auditing pricing/contracts, coordinating with internal parties, updating project timelines, and maintaining database records.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
*2+ years of experience managing proposals, new client rollouts, or similar tasks
*Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; including Excel
*Excellent written communication and multi-tasking ability
*SAP experience a plus
*HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
