Job Description
Come work for one of Milwaukee’s Best Places To Work! Our client is experiencing some major growth with a recent partnership and is looking for you to join their team. Located in Menomonee Falls, they are in need of a Client Service Representative. In this role, you would be responsible for receiving service requests from customers and dispatching them to the appropriate service center.
They are seeking someone who has the ability to communicate effectively with people and has the skills to negotiate with the client to resolve issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer requests or inquiries regarding service or product issues
- Utilize operational system to process requests and complete service authorizations.
- Create customer accounts by documenting service type, pricing, and billing information
- Escalate reoccurring issues and unsatisfactory concerns to upper management
- Other duties as assigned
- Professional and courteous communication across all platforms
- MS Office Proficiency
- Strong typing skills
