Job Description
Integral Recruiting Services has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Milwaukee area.  This is a short-term contract position to assist the Human Resources Manager with a variety of administrative and general human resources functions.

The selected candidate will start on Monday, March 6th.  We are looking for someone with strong organizational, administrative and communication skills.  This individual will help with general administrative and human resources responsibilities such as scheduling interviews, posting positions on our clients website, tracking candidates in their applicant tracking system, assisting with new hire orientations, entering data into various sources, creating reports and miscellaneous responsibilities as needed.
 
Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and this is a one month contract position.  Since this position is located downtown, the individual selected will need to pay for their own parking.  Cost per day in our client's parking structure is $10.00 or it is $5.00 per day in a structure that is very close.
