Manufacturer in Racine, Wisconsin seeking Press Operator – 3rd shift $15-16/hr

What you’ll be doing:

• Follow production schedule instructions, job order
• Secure proper screen, squeegee, stock and ink
• Match Colors and get approval for printing
• Set belt speed and energy level for UV Colors
• Set Up job, ensure automatic take off, flood bar, screen and squeegee are adjusted properly
• Begin printing and inspect screen ink level and quality, every 25 sheets
• Work closely with Racker as a team to ensure high level of quality
• Verifying Counts
• Perform routine repair of screens as needed

What qualifies you to do it:

• Previous experience as a Digital Press Operator
• Skilled with all aspects of press machines, quality and counts
• Experienced with Ink Levels and high level of quality
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. unassisted
• On your feet all day during entire shift
• Ability to work Overtime if needed
• Able to work well independently and in a team setting
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
