Job Description
Following all Food Safety Regulations
Ensure proper weights and measurements of formulas associated with each recipe.
Participated in packaging, labeling and assembling of food items.

Maintained clean work spaces and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
Clean and sanitize equipment used during production inspected by quality assurance personnel.
Mixing of both dry and wet liquids, vegetables, proteins, blending spices using precise measurements.
Lifting product and raw material.
Placing product into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, coding and packaging.
Operate equipment:

Cook/kettle for prescribed time and temperature.
Bagging/Sealing
Mixing
Boxing
