Job Description
Position Summary
Performs complex phlebotomy procedures competently and expediently for laboratory testing. Assists with clinical laboratory functions as needed. Responsible for clerical duties necessary to maintain high quality and efficient daily operations of the laboratory. Responsibilities include blood culture and arterial collection. Has thorough knowledge of test sample requirements. Performs basic laboratory testing procedures.
Education
Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent experience required.
High School Diploma or GED-Required
