Core Connect is now seeking a full or part-time virtual or in office technical recruiter with strong experience. We are seeking someone who will take their role and make it their own as there are many opportunities for growth, including sales or branch management for the right person seeking that opportunity for their future.

Position Description
Create a filing system, maintain applications, employee documents, job orders
Create and maintain employee tracking system with all employee details and updates, call ins, no call no shows, terminations/reasons
Responsible for and manage the recruitment activities for all non-exempt, manufacturing and office level positions, and will assist with exempt level positions, including interviewing, internal and external job postings, attending job fairs, on-campus college recruitment, etc…
Develop pipeline of potential candidates with the technical colleges and high schools.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calling, recruiting firms and employee referrals
Ensure that all staff have completed new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements prior to working
Organize & Maintain Filing system, keep records of new hire paperwork, identification proof and background results
Be creative. Develop and revise interview guides to satisfy the requirements and objectives of the position
Be strategic. Review interview notes & summarize according to specific job description and candidate qualification, prepare professionally for submittal
Be detailed. Review employment applications and job orders and select the most qualified candidates to interview
Be people person. Conduct interviews of the most qualified candidates and identify top 1-3 candidates, matching their qualifications with employers' needs; recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training and skills as well as pay and shift requirements
Be valued partner. Prepare and make hiring recommendations to hiring managers in the organization
Be friendly. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
Be tech-savvy. Link candidates to appropriate job order in the applicant tracking system
Be proactive. Always Conduct confirmation calls and check-in calls with field staff
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of staffing/recruitment & administrative experience preferred
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel along with a variety of software programs
